Opera "Banished"
A contemporary opera adapted from Steve Gooch's play Female Transport. It is based on true stories of the first women transported to Australia in the early 19th century. The opera was produced in conjuction with the Royal Irish Academy of Music (RIAM ) and was staged in Kilmainham Gaol.
